Fleming "Triple" Trainor
As a Pasadena native and young entrepreneur, Fleming "Triple" Trainor got her start in the real estate industry by buying and selling craftsman and bungalows. She graduated from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, where she received dual degrees in Business with concentrations in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development, and was a part of the D1 USC Women's NCAA Championship Golf team. She still plays competitively on a few ladies' leagues and teams in both Park City and Los Angeles. Just before graduation, she started a real estate development company, where she bought, "flipped," and sold properties herself.
Serving a wide range of clientele, Fleming brings a fresh perspective to real estate and to the prestigious Sotheby's International Realty. She prides herself on client education, integrity, expert negotiation, and technologically savvy marketing skills. Taking each and every client's needs and goals personally, Fleming is unique in that she helps to educate her clients on when and when not to pursue real estate. This position allows for trust to be built and knowing that Fleming will never compromise her ethics or her clients and their investments. Fleming strives to create a long-lasting relationship with each of her clients and recognizes that it's the little things that make it all worthwhile.
Fleming harnesses technology and the power of the internet to assist her clients in achieving maximum results with their real estate goals. In fact, she teaches other agents across the company in methods of technology incorporation, viral marketing and advertising, and business efficiency.
The amount of wisdom, honesty, compassion, ingenuity and unrelenting work ethic paired with Fleming's passion for the business and helping people enables her to be successful in Southern California's ever-changing market.
Fleming enjoys working with buyers and sellers, tenants, and landlords. She aims to perfect the client experience, focusing on attentive, intuitive service by understanding her client's individual goals and needs.
